Transport’s Office 365 webinars have run every Wednesday and Thursday throughout April and May.
During April, a four-part series was delivered on Microsoft Teams and how it connects with the rest of Office 365. On average, 180 people attended each session from across the cluster.
Due to an overwhelmingly positive response, the webinars were extended to May with a new curriculum. The May agenda focuses on extending colleagues Office 365 knowledge by providing them with a basic overview of popular apps used within Teams – OneNote, Planner and Forms. The beginners course to Teams was repeated and a new intermediate Teams session was added. In addition, the Digital Experience & Adoption team have been working with wellbeing experts from across the cluster to demonstrate how people can improve their mental and physical wellness from home with the assistance of Office 365 functionality.
Each webinar commences with standard slides around attendance etiquette, then shows participants how to access the Office 365 applications, walks through a demonstration of the functionality and finishes with Q&A. Throughout the sessions participants can ask questions via meeting chat which is monitored and answered by Office 365 experts within Transport. Participants are further directed to connect on Yammer to the Office 365 Gurus community, and view 365 Learn for additional learning content.
