When your service is live, you need to maintain a multidisciplinary team that can: 

  • Finish building any additional features you’ve planned for your service 
  • Manage and maintain the service 
  • Iterate and improve your service frequently based on changes to user needs or other circumstances (for example, changes to technology or government policy or programmes) 

The team that will continuously improve your service should include:

Product manager

Delivery manager or scrum master

User researcher

Interaction designer

Developer

Accessibility specialist
