Project phases checklist

For convenience we've restructured the six standards here into the three service phases -an optional way for teams to know what to consider when. Each phase provides access to the tools, resources and guidance to help you meet the standard.

This is the post-live phase of your service.
In this phase teams seek to understand the problem they need to solve and the operational context. This includes strategic alignment, users, stakeholders, existing technologies and tools, risks and issues.
In this phase, you will take your ideas and concepts and start to turn them into a working service that you can release.
