Consultation details
The consultation is now open and will close at 11:59PM, 5 September 2025.
The Act established the Digital Restart Fund to accelerate digital delivery across the NSW Government. Its primary purpose is to improve the delivery, accessibility, and efficiency of government services through digital and ICT initiatives. The Fund supports projects that modernise outdated systems, develop reusable digital platforms and build digital capability across agencies.
Why your feedback matters
The NSW Government is seeking to engage stakeholders from across government, industry, academia, and the broader community to review whether the Act continues to support digital service delivery in a way that is effective, impactful and fit for purpose.
Your feedback will be used to develop a final report with findings and recommendations. It will help to inform the future direction of the Act and the Fund.
